Outdoor weddings in Bangkok require reliable shade and climate control, especially when summer temperatures approach 40°C. For this project, Liri Tent installed a wedding tent in a tree-lined private garden, creating a comfortable, romantic, and elegant setting for the celebration.
12 × 18 m Wedding Tent for 200 Guests
The Liri Tent team completed the installation of a 12 × 18 m wedding tent in eight hours. The structure provided space for approximately 200 guests while allowing the customer to hold the event in a private outdoor venue.
The tent featured pearl-white PVC fabric and clear church-style windows. A wooden floor and carpet created a level, refined event space while helping protect the garden lawn beneath the structure.
Elegant Interior and Climate Control
Inside the tent, white roof linings, gold tables and chairs, decorative lighting, a sound system, and floral details created a high-end banquet atmosphere. Floor-standing air-conditioning units helped maintain a comfortable temperature, while the sidewall sections could be opened when easier access or natural ventilation was preferred.
Modular Design for Different Wedding Styles
The modular tent design allows the length and interior arrangement to be adapted to the event requirements. Decoration colors, ceiling treatments, lighting, flowers, and round or rectangular tables can be selected to suit traditional Chinese weddings, Western-style ceremonies, or a custom wedding theme.
