In 2014, LIRI built a 40x20m curve tent in Bangkok, Thailand. Some time ago, we replaced the tarpaulin and details of it.
This curve tent has a unique modeling design and an elegant and stylish appearance Outdoor Convention TFS CURVE TENT. It is a well-known local logo building and a local famous exhibition center. There is a large space inside, but there is no pillar support, and each inch of space can be used 100%. The curve tent is not only sturdy and durable, but the wind resistance capacity can reach 100km/h (0.5kn/m²). The bending aluminum roof tongs and the perfect roof tight system make it stronger wind resistance and snow lotus load capacity.
In Thailand, summer temperatures are often as high as 40 degrees, making people unable to stay indoors. Considering air circulation and creating a comfortable environment, large-scale air -conditioning equipment is specially purchased, four crude pipelines are installed at the top of the canopy, and fresh air is provided at the fastest speed.
This time, LIRI replaced the double-sided PVC fibrous tarpaulin with two white and transparent fabrics. The white fabric area can cover 80%of the direct sunlight so that there is enough cool space in the canopy. Transparent fabrics fully use sunlight to reduce energy expenditure during the day. Under the combination of the two, there are both shadow areas and sunny areas in the canopy.
In fact, the service life of the bending tent has reached more than 25 years, and the change of the tent did not affect the tent structure this time. We still conduct a detailed inspection of the framework and make small maintenance to ensure that the delivery has always been in the best state.
